Welcome to ARC Lifestyle. By accessing our website www.arclivestyle.com and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We are a custom t-shirt manufacturer and supplier based in Gujarat, India, specializing in custom printing, embroidery, corporate wear, promotional apparel, and fashion collection manufacturing.

Orders, Quotations, and Payments

All quotations are valid for 15 days and subject to change based on fabric availability and design complexity. Orders are confirmed upon written approval and advance payment. Our Minimum Order Quantity is 50 pieces unless otherwise agreed. Design changes are welcome before production begins, but modifications after production starts may incur additional charges. Order cancellations after production commencement will be subject to cancellation fees.

We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, cheque, and online gateways. Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% before delivery. For bulk orders over 1,000 pieces, payment terms are negotiable. Corporate clients can avail credit terms upon approval, while first-time customers may need to pay 100% in advance. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

Production, Delivery, and Quality

Standard production time is 7-15 working days after design approval and payment, with rush orders available in 5-7 days at express charges. These timelines exclude shipping time and may vary during peak seasons. We ship pan-India through reliable courier partners, with delivery charges additional unless specified. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or force majeure events, though we will inform you promptly of any anticipated delays.

All products undergo quality inspection before dispatch, and we guarantee fabric quality and print/embroidery durability for normal use. Sample production is available upon request with charges that may be adjusted against bulk orders. Samples must be approved before bulk production begins.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge if reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. However, custom-designed and personalized products are non-returnable, as are products damaged due to misuse or those matching approved samples. Refunds are processed only in cases of manufacturing defects where replacement isn't feasible, and will be completed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Intellectual Property and Design Services

You retain ownership of your original designs and logos, but you must have legal rights to use all materials provided and indemnify ARC Lifestyle against any infringement claims. All content on our website is our property, and unauthorized use is prohibited. We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio unless you request otherwise, and client identity will be disclosed only with explicit permission.

Our complimentary design consultation includes basic mock-ups, though complex requirements may incur additional charges. Design revisions are limited to reasonable requests, and you must approve final designs in writing before production. ARC Lifestyle is not liable for issues arising from customer-approved designs.

Liability and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC Lifestyle's liability is limited to the value of your specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays beyond our control. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gujarat courts. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
